Scott Highley, Chief, City of Worthington Division of Fire
Scott Highley currently serves as Fire Chief for the City of Worthington and previously served as Division Chief of Training and Safety for the department. Chief Highley has been a member of the EMS Board since its creation until 1999 and was chair of the Board in 1996-1997. Chief Highley has been a Fire Service instructor since 1988 and a Fire Safety Inspector since 1985.
