Preventing Line of Duty Deaths: The Cincinnati Experience

Description
Open and free to all. In March 2003, Cincinnati firefighter Oscar Armstrong III was killed as he and two other firefighters were caught in a flashover at a single family residence. In an effort to prevent other departments from suffering a similar loss, three of the members of the Laidlaw Investigative Committee will present a detailed and dramatic session describing the chain of events that led up to the incident, the lessons learned, and the steps taken by the CFD to prevent future tragedies
