Description
Strategy and Tactics for the Company Officer will not be your ordinary "sit in the classroom" tactics class. In the beginning, instructors will review many aspects of the company officers' responsibilities on the fire ground to aid in ensuring those you supervise go home at the end of their shifts. As we progress, tactics used in big cities will be applied to suburban firefighters. In the end, this simulation intensive class will provide students with challenging scenarios that apply to their everyday operations. During this class students will participate in various exercises and assignments providing them with applications to take back to their fire departments.
